Dont think implants are inserted through a cut under the nipple, but in the fold under the breasts instead. If that's what you meant ofc.

Implants can be inserted in three different places: a cut under the nipple (so anon isn't wrong), a cut in the fold under the breasts (as you said), and through a cut near/in the armpit.
The chosen place depends on cost, surgeon skill, type of implant, and patient desires.
