It wouldnt matter if youre lactose intolerant or not.

Yes, that's what lactose is, a carbohydrate that, along with proteins and enzymes, is the basis of milk
It's almost impossible to develop an alergy to lactose early enough in life for it to be a problem, but with how generally stinky babies are, you really wouldn't notice if they were.

what I find funny is that there's no miltanks anywhere near the hex maniac that sells you milk, closest ones are half a region away, so as far as I'm concerned, this is cannon
