I'd have expected this more from Slannesh rather than Nurgle. If I recall, some Slanneshi Chaos marines are more along the lines of Hermaphrodites than being any one gender.

The warp smiths have outdone themselves with this monstrosity!
Converting Austin of power armor and placing a child of Nurgle in it almost like a dreadnought.
