the owner has said these two are a couple. the picture is not explicitly yuri, but the story around them is. Is this a justification for the tag? on some boards, its not

Yuri tag specifies romantic or sexual interaction. The two characters are definitely a couple, but I'm not sure waterbottle-sharing qualifies as either of those two things. I kinda think maybe this one doesn't qualify, at least just for this context. Does warrant the couple tag, though.
