At present, six isn't accurate anymore. Neptune/Purple Heart, Noire/Black Heart, Blanc/White Heart, Vert/Green Heart, Plutia/Iris Heart, Peashe/Yellow Heart, Uzume Tennouboshi/Orange Heart, and.. while her HDD form's name was never revealed, there's also Rei Ryghts/Kiseijou. Oh, while no appearance is ever shown for her, there's also a Planeptune CPU known as Uranus, who came long before Neptune, technically.

I believe Rei was known as Cyan Heart, but nobody knows about Uranus' form.
