Beats me but really wish they would stop it, so many good scenes from so many Hentai OVAs were ruined because somebody on the animation team decided to be all fancy instead of practical.
Seriously I want to hear what justification they have for going with that option.
Then again maybe it sort of the same way so many real life porn directors like to have the camera zoom in on the guy's dick going in and out rather then focus on the woman as she enjoys the process.

Its so they can stretch out the particular scene, not with bad intentions. By making a animated shot but zooming in on certain spots it both lengthens the episode and get good close ups shots. Its not a bad practice, but I would say they should also include the whole shot as well.
