Maybe because people have moved on realizing that there were no alien abductions?
If this had been in the abduction "heydays" you would think that there would have been lots of pictures with the theme.
There were supposed to be thousands upon thousands of Americans that thought that they were abducted because of their own delusions and the work of "therapists". I don't know if most of the have come to their senses? From what I know of human nature I would guess the answer to that would be no.

There are no humanoid aliens there but there are a lot of examinations in sterile lab conditions by humans, machines and aliens.
Unfortunately those aliens are mostly of the generic tentacle variety. But if this is for erotic fantasies you can just imagine that the humanoid aliens are in cahoots with the human doctors and that they also control the machines and the lesser aliens I guess.
