'Favorite' is a blanket term here. I think Noire got this game after being voted the most popular Goddess in a poll, and thus, due to being voted by the majority, she is "everyone's" favorite Goddess.

@Anon2: Not really, V acts like a Spoiled Teenager at times, The original seemed way more mature, And although still cocky as BH, she didn't seem AS cock as her V Self.

Plus, Her costume completely SUCKS in V, original outfits were far better.

Then again, this is all based on Opinions, and mine is:
HDN/Mk2 Noire: Superior.
V Noire: Crap.

Ultradimension Noire (V Noire as you call her) is my favorite, actually. Of course she's cocky, she's a human girl who just gained the powers of a goddess, she has immortality, a transformation, and the ability to rule a sovereign nation. The chances of that going to someone's head is VERY high.

Considering Ultradimension Noire became a Goddess during her teenage years (I'm assuming), she IS a bit of a spoiled teenager, and having become a Goddess at that age, she's frozen in a state of Immortal Immaturity. The Noire from the original game as well as Mk2 was a few hundred, if not thousands of years old, and had also been born a Goddess, she was used to the role and the responsibility by the time the series started
