It has to do with her name, Anon1. "Ino" is taken from "inoshishi", which means "wild boar". That's why Mamoswine is in the picture.
I think she should have been paired up with Spoink/Grumpig and a grass type like Bellossom (I'm assuming Snivy might be there because Ino's family runs a flower shop).
