Anon4 I think they're arguing about how shallow and braindead the designs are, not so much about them being sexualized. They just slap huge tits on an otherwise boring and cliche character design and call it a day. I mean look at Valentine. Could there possibly be a more generic "sexy nurse" design than that?

So you think Skullgirls is that kind? I can't wait for other older fighting games containing random butts, milfs, tits and crazy shits that also have many cliches.
I guess the cover is what makes the game since nobody cares the rest.

So it's not really the designers at fault, but the consumers who willingly go after such things. It doesn't really matter if you guys think its 'shallow and braindead'...if that's what the fan's like, then that's what they like. End of story. Now, kindly take your soapbox elsewhere.

Rather he's saying that the designs in this game lack thought and originality, and they reflect poorly on the artists who designed them. Valentine is indeed the worst example of banality in this whole game, she is the most barebones concept of a "sexy nurse" without anything unique about her. Ask any competent artist to draw a sexy nurse and Valentine (or rather, a near-exact copy of Valentine) is what they will draw, because her design is generic to the point of absurdity.
