I believe the bottom one is Platina(Platinum) instead of Hikari.

Actually yes the correct name is Hikari in the country were pokemon originates from which is Japan. Her English name is Dawn both in game and in the anime derivate of her. Platina is not a name for a female hero in any of the main series of games.
