I have been thinking about this for a long time. The future of fapping is no doubt the occulus rift and other devices like it paired up with 3D/MMD POV first person view awesomeness. I can't wait, and they need to hurry up.

it's not a video. It's a program (I think 'game' doesn't fit here). No idea about the source, but both this program and Oculus Rift can be bought, though Oculus is fucking expensive for being a stereoscopic 3D monitor with gyrosensors...

The consumer version of the Oculus is not out yet. Therefor you cannot watch movies, or do anything except play the supported games. You can buy the tester version, but imo it's not worth it. Lots of companies are jumping on the bandwagon to try and make something like the rift available sometime in the near future. In addition that could just be a MMD video, I'm pretty sure I have that one. There are tons of ero MMD vids on the net. Yes, there is a game from Japan that mimics real sex and links up with an automatic masturbator like the one in the picture. I'm pretty sure it doesn't look like that though.
