Small Breasts, or under 18 can count as Loli people... Then there are the occasional Magical Girls (Insert Multiple times 1000 years old Here, but looks grade school)... Oh and let's not forget the "Early bloomer" who has enormous breasts for her very young age (See Kodomo no Jikan for one example).

No, small breasts alone cannot count as loli. Small breasts are just small breasts. I think I know what you're saying, but you worded it incorrectly. Also, 18 isn't the legal age of consent everywhere.

If their body is childlike and/or they are underage, then they are considered loli. At least, that's how I see it.

Partly correct. The loli tag cares only about the body looking childlike, actual age is not a factor for the loli tag at all. And when we say childlike, we do not mean teenage, we mean pre-adolescent.

The loli tag is also for when the childlike character in question is directly involved with the sexual activity involved in the image, otherwise the child tag is used.

I was talking about the term "loli" itself, not how it is used for tagging purposes. I'm aware of how it's supposed to be used here. Thanks though, for making that clear to everyone.
