Can anyone care to explain what's the purpose of that black vertical belt hanging down? I don't get it. Like what is it, what's the significant of it? It makes no logical sense to me; it's the most impractical piece of article of clothing I've ever seen.

The only thing "practical" about her outfit would be the sandals, so I'm not really sure what difference it makes. Considering it's a hentai adaptation of an eroge, I doubt practicality was high on their list of concerns. I mean, check out every other female in this; their outfits are meant to titillate.
