Ahh! I miss the old To Love-ru; It had a lot of fun and a little ecchi, now it has a lot of ecchi and little fun.

Ditto! All Darkness cares about is providing spank material. The original series provided some funny moments and some entertaining plotlines. There was quite a bit of fanservice, but it wasn't the sole focus of the series.

I really hope there will b another TLR ova in the works cause it's my #1 favorite ecchi anime of all time & I can't get enough of it! It's in my blood,it's a part of my life & soul! I'd rather have my very own harem just like rito than get married!

I have to disagree. To me, the intense fanservice in Darkness is a sort of meta element that adds to the fun by asking "what the hell can Saki-senpai and Yabuki-Senpai get away with this chapter?", and it's cringe comedy along with spank material. I think it still does have those funny and emotional moments that existed in the old To-Love Ru, and I do find it wildly entertaining and a whole lot of fun. I also can tell when the writer and artist only care about spank material by noticing if I actually read the non-ecchi parts. In Darkness, I do read these scenes, showing that there was something put into them.
