What a curious image. At first it felt rather abstract, but then upon closer inspection, I saw the strange types of bondage. Each woman worshipping the 'mistress' is bound in a specific style meant to limit their movements and posture, seemingly to help visualize the artist's interpretation of the different levels of subservience. At least, that's what I'm getting from this.

I think it goes without saying there's a story behind this one, especially considering the bizarre character designs.
