I believe there is no way that much cum would go unnoticed by a girl, even if all of it lands on her hair and clothes on her back. Especially when some goes on the back of her head. So I doubt that this could happen in real life. So her subtle reaction is realistic (well as far as it is realistic that a girl wouldn't freak out by this).

But real talk, this is one of the things that should stay on screen. Unless you're a really lucky person who just so happens to have a "pervs-exclusive"-train where you're from, or something of sorts.
