Why 95% of One Piece doujinshi must be Nami being fucked by an old man or a fat guy just for money ? If it's not money , she's been raped or taken by gangbang (with Robin most of the time) , and sometimes , for money again . I, personally, think it comes together much more desirably if the girl is actually enjoying herself with someone she cares about. For example, I think Bobobo's "Akuma Ko" is far better than anything by Mizuryu Kei. And if the artist is worried about "is it easy to make a story" then why worry about setting at all? Just draw porn.

Another good one, one that plays off Nami's love of money, is Bobobo's "Eromance Dawn".
