Source link 404's, pic not found on any of the 3 artists on Pixiv named "Blackdog". Adding character and copyright requests as well, if only to determine if these are clones, sisters, twins, selfcest, etc.

At the very least I believe they are meant to be twins. The only difference is their eyes (obviously) and that one is taller than the other.
