In some counties (like Japan, for those of you who forget, which would be ironic for a site that prefers Japanese-only art), some people where surgical masks almost all the time when they are out just because they don't want to catch anything.

I believe this pic is implying that Valentine wander about with it on, and no-one's going to notice because it's normal. Isn't she supposed to be a ninja of sorts?
