Applejack has an Apple Computers apple on her shield. She should really have the symbol from the Equestrian banner on there, to be consistent.

I find it ironic that Pinkie is Iron Mare, since Tony Stark has always had trouble believing in magic and gods. That matches up more with Twilight's skepticism -- and yet clearly she should be either Scarlet Witch or Doctor Strange.

Rarity as Black Unicorn makes me regret the movie adaptation yet more: she lacks the backstory to play Natasha, but she would be perfect as Janet van Dyne, as both are fashionistas. Also, Rarity is wearing the outfit from the 'Mysterious Mare-Do-Well' episode. Clearly, she's Batmare.

Oh wait, that's Fluttershy (see 'Bats)!'

Fluttershy as War Machine does not fit because she's not in the least bit war-like. As the series itself has it, she's most like Bruce Banner / Hulk in her rage when an animal or friend is hurt.

But don't worry: there's more than one Hulk, so that doesn't put Spike out of a job. He can be Gray Hulk, if Fluttershy doesn't just get the job as She-Hulk.

There are over 80 Avengers from whom to choose. Lets not get into the JLA, as that would be crazy.

If we're making em Marvel Characters(NOT related to the Avengers), Pinkie is Better as Deadpool(for obvious reasons), and Fluttershy as Squirrel Girl(For the Animal motif). I don't know about the other ponies.
