Anon 5&6 there is nothing either in the profile description or KC's own site notes when he uploaded it that says that the crab girl is in anyway meant to be embody the actual constellation of Cancer. If you were paying attention, you would have noticed she doesn't even have any Zodiac themed patterns or accessories (a total waste, seeing as Cancer's symbol is a sideways 69), and KC always uses special decorations or features to set out "thematic" girls. Plus we already have beast-women of animals from both zodiacs that were never commented on or built up. No, I'm certain that this is just a garden variety crab-girl that KC wanted to give a fancier name to.
