It is an interesting choice of the artist to put Beatrix in Garnet's spot. Garnet's got a nice ass too, after all.

Still, the Rose of May is a welcome addition to any picture!

Well, one of them is not like the others since Aeris is dead :-(.....BUUUUT her spirit returned to the Lifestream, and her being an Ancient allows her to maintain a consciousness there...SOOO technically she didn't die, she became an entire planet.

Though I think you do get to control her for one scene or another. And Garnet Til Alexandros doesn't wear a skirt. In fact, I think we'd all prefer Beatrix over Queen Brahne.

Pretty sure, the decision was based, on the fact that Garnet doesn't wear a long skirt or long coat, but Beastrix does.
