Something's not right with the male's anatomy here. The line drawn at the bottom of the picture looks like ass line but that does not match with the position of the cock.
Then there are the limbs behind the blonde girl : you can't tell if he's got his hands behind his head, or if those are crossed legs, but either way the cock is perfectly centered with is not right
The lolis are fine, though. And nice. :)

Behind the blonde haired girl he is cupping his hands under his head in a relaxed position. It is also obvious that he has a pectoral penis. The rest of him, that you can see, is just his torso. Off-screen would be his pelvis, legs, and feet.

After years of researching ancient tomes and scrolls, I found mentions of a legendary 'Heavenly Pyramid'. According to the few surviving remnants that speak of this, it is a QVRJ with one more woman sitting atop the penis. So, it would be four at the base and one at the top, like a pyramid. I can't say for certain, but it seems like these ancient cultures were tying to get rid of any indication of the Heavenly Pyramid's existence. Perhaps it has the power to control the minds of men.
