Not really Anon2, that would only tell you what color they'd be IF they aren't black(that's a big 'if'). Search any hair_color tags and you'll notice that >99% of eyelashes are black by default. That's just how anime does it.

There are loads of existing tags that cover 1 percent or less of the images on this site, and this one's unique enough to deserve a tag.

I swear, there's ALWAYS somebody that asks that question.
It's just the default rating for everything that's uploaded when you don't pick one yourself.
Danbooru uploads are done by a bot so it doesn't or can't choose the ratings for whatever reason.
