Considering who wrote this and the slew of "tidbits" in each episode, little homages to other anime or parodies etc not to mention the similarities between Ragyo and Ryuko it's hard not to see who's who.

The wild card was Matoi. He still is if you ask me. The whole motivation. And also, the stadium.

I just had a thought, Ryuuko is Satsuki's little sister, if Senketsu was made using life fibers and Ryuuko's DNA, doesn't that technically make Senketsu their little brother.

Anon#2, I had the same feeling. I started thinking about the possibility as soon as I heard of Ryuuko's father affiliation with Ragyu. That and Satsuki's father never really being mentioned or referred to until this past episode.
