Yuyuko and Yukari are about the only Touhou characters I could ever see being any kind of threat to Broly due to the nature of their abilities.
Yuyuko is the most obvious, as her power to manipulate death would most likely just allow her to cause Broly to drop dead. Yukari could simply form a gap on his neck and then close it, severing his head from his body and instantly killing him.
Everybody else is power fucked, especially Chen. I don't think she even really has power equal to a fairy on her own.
