I'm surprised nobody has pointed out that fact that the admiral is surrounded by abysmal fleet girls only. Pity you cannot get a chance to command them ingame.

I'm actually surprised Ta isn't trying to kick the admiral's ass in this image given how she generally tends to react violently towards him in most of this artist's other works involving said admiral and her being in close proximity to each other.
