I don't understand about Nui reveal in Ep 20...so is she Ryuuko's twin? clone? or unrelated individual who born similar way?

Nui was a little vague on the subject admittedly, my understanding is that Nui is essentially a test tube baby. Very soon after Ryuuko was first discarded, Ragyo extracted an egg cell, IVF'ed it, and constructed an incubator out of Life Fibers to gestate it in the hope that being connected directly to pure Life Fibers as a fetus would succeed at successfully binding her child to them after post-birth surgery (appeared to) fail. Nui isn't pure or mainly Life Fibers, nor an artificial being, she very clearly has a working human physiology. At the very least she is a half-sister to Ryuuko and Satsuki, Soichiro may have refused to contribute to her conception, but Ragyo stated in a previous flashback that she was determined to have a child of her genes be the one to fuse with life fibers alongside her. The reason she has her own surname and lacks any familiarity with Ragyo is that she is so rooted in life fibers and was so separate from her "mother" even during development that Ragyo likely couldn't bring herself to consider Nui her flesh and blood, which is why she still is trying to make Ryuuko or Satsuki become her pawns again and make them the successors of her dynasty.

...or even Ragyo relises Nui is to unhinged to succeed her...

And all in all, the one thing that matters is that Nui says she and Ryuko are “soul sisters” (people who pretty much would be sisters had it not been for not being related) precisely because both of them are infused with life fibres.

So she isn't her twin, nor her clone, and she might or might not be somehow connected but it wouldn't matter either way.
