That's one of many interpretations, I'd like to see the age of their characters in the movie as the baseline, rather than their age as if they were born when their movies were released. or better yet, the age of when their characters were originally created in the source material, since nearly all of these characters are based on pre-existing stories. I think only Merida is an original character.

Interesting notion indeed, thanks! As Pocahontas was (legend has it ), like, 12 actually- instead of 19 (of course that was an absolute no-go... Imagine ppl going APESH*T over such a film, even if only animated-- wooo ????). But yeah, I'd like to know what age the literary/ fairytale charas were supposed to be, in cases where such info's IS available...? (There's a lot of speculation, however, that most of the "princesses" would've been in their early/ mid teens, originally... DEAR...)
