@Anon5 Have a look at the pokeshippers. They still shipped pokeshipping (AshxMisty) even after Misty left and was replaced by May including the episodes Misty returned in Advanced Generation before being written off forever including camoes and mentions. It will be the same case even when Serena leaves and gets replaced and returns for a few episodes in the next saga before being written of forever including cameos and mentions.

So even if Serena leaves I will still be an amourshipper.
