It is definitely not a shampoo bottle. I'm 100% sure of this because this drawing is from a volume out of the original LN. "Shinmai Maou no Keiyakusha Arashi!," the more explicit manga of the two based on the LN, also backs this up by adding in a paizuri scene just like this one with Chisato.

It's all canon, though it doesn't go into "real" hentai territory (genitals are covered, no penetration shown throughout the LN/ Arashi! Manga, etc). However, I've seen a preview of the next LN volume (No. 8) and it would seem things are getting even more explicit with the addition of cum in drawings, and of course more actual sexual acts.
