If we are going on the claim that classic tsundere is a character who warms up as a series progresses, and the modern tsundere is a character who whiplashes in mood on minute by minute basis per episode:
Taiga would be an ideal example of a recent-ish character who follows the classic example. Though Louise is certainly in the modern category.
Out of left field, despite being a character older than the term "tsundere" is, Akane Tendo followed the modern method too.
