If someone else wants to take care of it, I think the bubbles from right to left should read as follows:

I'm the anon who provided the translation above.

I just want to make a correction on the third bubble; 休み (yasumi) basically means "break", so I had inferred this to be a shorted period of time, such as a recess break.
I had later learned it's used primarily for things like 夏休み (natsu yasumi, lit. summer break), which is a lot more sensible judging by their clothing.

I still can't think of a reading I'm happy with, I'm at best 60% confident with it.
A more apropos one would read something like, but keep in mind I'm taking several liberties here:
"You'll be our girl's toilet every (holiday) break, I'll be sure to use you lots!"

I'll just leave the full string here in case someone else wants to try and do a better job:
休み時間のたびに女子便所として使 ってやるからねえ
