As far as I know, the penis is almost entirely cartilage, fiber, and urethra. If the penile urethra were separated from the bladder, the blood supply (from the dorsal artery) uses up less room than you'd think.

So I'm pretty sure it could work mechanically, but you'd have to wire it to only be able to urinate with one or the other, not both.

As a side note, I'm pretty sure there are enough medically savvy people who like this sort of thing to be able to engineer an amusing list of hypotheses. If only someone would collect them.
