I've changed the source to something more appropriate. Unfortunately I can't read it well enough to really understand it.

It looks like a game from May-Be SOFT called Choi-do or something like that.

It may involve the main character switching between genders or swapping bodies. In other words, this is a POV of a boy-turned-girl. Judging from the girlish room and her reaction, I'd say body-swapping is the most likely case.
