It's either self-deprecation toward people who'd want to (or need to) do this, or else some weird Ron Jeremy effect where the audience is supposed to think "I'm better-looking than that guy."
Either way, yeah, he draws some ugmos. Orange Bullet has the same problem.

I agree with Ezalias on the "Ron Jeremy effect", but disagree with the first part of his statement. It would be true only for parodies, criticizing an original work. However, if you create such an outrageous scene, with the sole intent for the despicable act to be enjoyable, to satisfy your audience... Then my friend, you have no right to look down on your characters, because you're the pig here. So is your audience. In this case, the actions aren't responsible for the looks, it's the other way around.
A good-looking guy surely wouldn't have to stop time, just to get some action. And he'd most definitely find a better use for this unbelievable ability. Or, at least not use it exclusively for this.
So, who'd stop time itself, again and again, just to fuck random females? That's the only reason he stops time for. To him, there is nothing more important to do. His looks are the reason why he does, what he does. Life hasn't been fair to him. Just by looking at him, you know this for a fact. And now that he has found the ONE AND ONLY WAY to get what he desires most, what he has been denied his entire life, nothing is going to stop him. Except maybe a heart attack...
Fairness is a luxury. Because it's about giving someone a chance. The key word is "giving". Some people just can't afford to give. To be able to give, you have to receive, or to take first. As you can see, receiving is not an option. Maybe he'll start giving, after he has taken enough. But definitely not any sooner.
