Why? I mean Spoiler Alert, it's not like she dies. and there's nothing in the story that says she and Link can't continue seeing each other. I'm pretty sure as a sage she can go see him whenever she wishes.

And the way I see it, I think Link should still be able to warp around Termina and Hyrule, given he doesn't forget the songs. I mean, it was just the fact that he was in video games that was stopping him. In a real situation, I wouldn't see the problem.
