She's not transgender, she was female from the beginning, but when Final fight came here, crapcom usa thought it wasn't appropiate to have a game were you beat girls to a pulp, so, they came up with the "story" that those chars were in reality guys to avoid trouble, that's what started all the confusion, good job censors.
