This really doesn't look like Yuri to me, Twilight Sparkle's expression and demeanor/appearance in this picture remind me of Hakase from Nichijou. (Genius child, young and excitable, etc).

Also under Twilight's eyes you see the marks of sleep deprivation, it makes me think that her apparent eagerness to see (and hug) Trixie isn't romantic in nature at all.

Not that I have a problem with Twilight kissing Trixie, I just don't think it's about to happen here.
