I'd say when someone uploads a download link, and gets downvoted and virus claims... its because that link contains a lot of fake download buttons that actually contain a crapload of other malware. Not usually viruses but still annoying and dangerous.

The actual file could be in there somewhere, but there are so many different download services now and their put their download buttons all over the place.
