^ Girls (ones with breasts of an substantial size, anyway) "believe in bras" because 1, having heavy sacks of flesh bouncing up and down on their chests legitimately hurts after a while, and 2, without support, large breasts WILL sag, and it'll only get worse with age. The support from a bra can diminish the sagging and leave them perkier longer.

Of course, this only applies to real women who actually need to obey the laws of physics, nature, and gravity.
