Killua, the only one who is close to Alluka insists that this is a girl hence why many fanart is feminine as opposed to male. The rest of the family treat Alluka as male but also hate her, loathe, fear, etc. therefore, it's argued that it's a form of abuse by constantly referring to Alluka as male.

shes a girl. the only characters that dont treat her as a disgusting monster refer to her as a girl, with the person who she is closest to in the whole world Insisting that she is one, she is referred to with feminine terminology in japanese (again, by people besides her abusive family, or morel Once, who doesnt even know her) and her outfit is specifically the garb of a shrine maiden. the explanations for the zoldycks calling her a boy and killuas brother are, as the above anon said, intentional dehumanization and abuse, and/or her being "born/physically male" but a girl anyway (so... trans.) considering that a guidebook lists her physical sex as male, the latter seems most likely (and obviously the abusive zoldycks wouldnt care about her gender identity.) this really isnt some ridiculous reading between the lines or anything, if her physical sex is "male" and some characters refer to her based on that, but the characters who love her and whose opinions the audience is actually supposed to value call her a girl,
i think it easily follows that shes a trans girl.

If it has a dick, and it isnt a futa, its a guy. If it has a pussy it is a girl. Gender identity shouldnt matter in tags, the tags are for finding content. If it is a transitioning character, i.e. scars, then there should be a transitioning or scar tag. futas are their own tag because they are an in-between that people actually search for. I literally don't see how a characteris personal identity matters on this site. There are trap and reverse trap tags for the specific scenerios where a guy is portrayed as female.
