Actually majes no sence, even in the manga. The half Sasuke recieved from Hagoromo was meant to awaken the Rinnegan, nothing justifying awakening in just one eye. Also, why is Sasuke's Rinnegan so unique when all other Rinnegans are generic ?

Regardless of these flaws, still a badass design Sasuke ended up with. Also gives a purpose to his adult hair style. ;)

Naruto is one of the shittiest series to get this much attention.
