Cause shes the only female character in the Zelda series to have a personality other than "damsel in distress" or "story required but otherwise useless NPC".

Zelda has no personality or feelings while Midna is full of everything. First hate, then love, then willing to sacrifice herself to save Link. In the majority of Zelda games I've played all Zelda does is thanks you for dying several times to do her own job and telling you to get out of the castle. I think that could be one reason why most people want to fuck Midna. Plus she's cute as hell and she's changed my view on Imps
