Actually, the water from a super soaker is very LOW pressure. The pressure of a fluid is inversely proportional to its velocity. Speed water up by forcing it through a smaller hole and you will cause its pressure to plummet.
The water will have a lot of kinetic energy, since kinetic energy is the square of the velocity, and this is why it will reach 50 feet. When it impacts on another object, it will exert quite a lot of pressure on that object since the cross section of the water will be very small, likely less than two centimeters, but the water its self still won't have very much pressure.
It seems counter-intuitive that high-pressure fluids move more slowly, but think about it like this: a fluid pushes on its container equally in all directions. The fluid will have the same amount of energy whether it's moving quickly or slowly...so if it's moving more quickly, less of its energy is going into exerting a pressure on its container because more of it is going into its movement.
I'd also like to point out that the internal tissues of the human body are quite different from its external tissues, and have completely different physical properties and tolerances. Your skin might be able to handle water with a decent amount of kinetic energy, but that doesn't say anything about the ability of your mouth and throat to do the same.
