It's one of Kurauchi's Imas T-back bikini models. This is edited, though, the breasts aren't like that on the actual models. You can find the link to the originals on the VPVP wiki in the Idolmaster section. Look for "Tバックビキニ" (use Find on the page and it should take you right to it), this is a ver.4.2 model which is the newest current version. There'll be a download link that will take you to the download site for them. All the 765 models plus Kotori are in the set (there's two sets, one for their Imas1 looks and one for their Imas2 looks. Hibiki, Takane and Kotori don't appear in the Imas1 set because they weren't in the first game, so you'll want the Imas2 set if you want Hibiki.)
