Dirty - Ya might want to do some historical research on queens throughout the ages. They had image problems long before Disney started using them.

Elsa was indeed originally written to be the villain, as the Ice Queen was in the original telling of the story. However, after hearing the song "Let it Go", they decided against the villain angle and made her what we know today.
