Because most people who are into games today are filthy casual newfags that got in during the PS2 era or started playing Call of Duty because all their friends were playing it. These guys are lost on those people, like pearls before swine.

Yo STFU about CoD, holy shit. just because many other people like it, and it's American, and not anime, doesn't give you people a right to keep bashing it all the fucking time.
How many times I'm gonna have to read a J/entertainment fan constantly bash people or a series just because it's well like? How would that shit make you feel if your well liked series got bashed for no apparent reason?

I have plenty of good reasons to bash COD, more than the obvious flaws. And of course it's my right to keep bashing it all the fucking time, haven't you heard of free speech? You're not able to say I "don't have the right" to express an opinion on a game. I can say whatever I fucking want about it you jackass.
The reason people bash COD constantly is because it's a completely fucking terrible game franchise that's ruining the game industry. They take advantage of their customers through built-in ads, microtransactions, and "exclusives" that only benefit corporations and not consumers. They forego strong art design in favor of completely useless and superfluous features to inflate their development budget, like hollywood voice actors and ultra-high resolution realistic art assets, that offer a completely negligible benefit to the game, which they change minimally for annual releases. They then point to these artificially inflated budgets as an "inevitable rising cost" of making games in the first place and use them to justify their predatory business policies. And then idiots like you, who are completely oblivious to this, defend them on the internet and occasionally cheer them on.
Your turn, dumbass. Explain to me why they're innocent and why I shouldn't be allowed to talk about what scoundrels the devs and their fans are.
