Another nice monster girl from Kenkou cross, although this one sounds like another dangerous monster girl that folks should avoid. Even if each of the girls have their own separate conscious, it seems that the two of them can only think of sex and are basically mindless sex machines (not necessarily a bad thing for folks who don't mind ending their adventuring days/life with them in the Monster girl world setting).
As far as MGQ goes: Yeah it would of been nice to see them in the game but she'd probably be one of the minor monster girls that Luka would of faced off against.
I don't think they'd be apart of of the plant monster girl kingdom, simply because their personality seems to be the type that only care about themselves and their own self pleasure. I doubt they'd be willing to listen to anyone let alone the Alraune queen, but this is just my guess with the idea of her existing in the MGQ world.

^I'm fairly certain that it's just a typo. Don't get too hung up on it, the guy the fan-community hires for english translations charges by the word and insists that edits and updates to previous entries requires a full text revamp with accompanment pricings.

This monster seems quite limited, with not much story than bisexual plant-women. While pretty much everyone can see the benefits of having 2 hot, nectar soaked, bisexual plant-women can be awesome, theres also the downsides.
Its clear that you would never be able to leave(for any reason), and they outright convert human women into more of the liliraunes. That could be really bad if there is a "outbreak" of them kidnapping men and women.
Hard to say if they are worth it. Having a girlfriend can be nice, but one that will never let you go?

People mention the MonMusou RPG games, but why not just have sort of an Ecchi-MMO using these girls?
a little RPG, a little Love-sim, multiplayer. You could have a bit of Rance in there, trying to captured countries to gain access to the various girls to make a harem.
